[THIN] HKCU

We get occasional issues, where users on Citrix servers, get access denied
to their HKCU.
Anyone else see this?
Any solution?
We rebuild their Roaming profile, and have them go back in, fine. But it is
sporadic and I would like to find the cause and fix the issue.
