[THIN] Re: HELP with Printer Drivers from HELL

We had the non-user mode (kernal mode) drivers. They are for NT4/W2k. For
some reason they started crashing our servers. MS looked at the dump and
said they were the cause. Replaced them and problem gone.

We have Citrix XP FR2 (bunch of Hotfixes)

We have this driver, Xerox DC 440/432/425/420 PCL5e that is showing up in
CMC, drivers and it says it is on all the servers.

We can not find the thing to delete it.

This is where we have looked on the servers:

Start, Settings, Printers, Print Server Properties, Drivers, NOTHING

        WTSUPRN.inf NOTHING

        hklm\system\currentControlSet\Control\Print\Environments\Windows NT
x86\Drivers\Version-3 and 2, NOTHING

Can not find the thing. Can't get rid of it from CMC.

Servers have been rebooted also.

Any suggestions would be welcome.

Thanks
