[THIN] HELP: Issue on MF servers and Print Spooler crashing...

I have been pulling my hair out for the past 3 weeks on both of the
following issues. I'm hoping someone can shed some light on these issues.

1. Users log into a particular MF server (Windows 2000 w/SP3 and MF XPe
w/SP2 FR1 functional level; yes I know, upgrade to FR3), and they get the
following prompt: [ NO CREATE ] RWFactory: NO create function for class
with ID 1115(0x45b). This happens every time with one of the admins when
they launch the MMC. It just started to appear when a user launches ADP HR
Perspective. I have searched around, and there are very little clues. Most
point to a printer driver causing the problem. I found that someone
installed the HP CP1160 software. I removed it, and that didn't resolve the
issue. I'm hoping someone has run into this problem before and resolved it.

2. The print spooler crashes, and I think this one is related to a bad
printer driver. The only problem is, how do you find out which driver might
cause the print spooler to crash? The spooler crashes, and the event log is
as follows:

Event Type: Information
Event Source: Application Popup
Event Category: None
Event ID: 26
Date: 3/11/2004
Time: 10:36:27 AM
User: N/A
Computer: SERVERNAME
Description:
Application popup: spoolsv.exe - Application Error : The instruction at
"0x7800124c" referenced memory at "0x00122000". The memory could not be
"read".

Click on OK to terminate the program

Thanks for anyone's assistance.

Chris
