gpresult /v
from the resource kit. That should point you in the right direction.

And you recently added yourself in Administrators group?

All of the sudden the group policy has stopped applying to my login. It is
working for everyone else but me. I am not a member of any administartor
groups.
These are win2k, mfxp servers. I have an OU setup in the AD with the policy
applied and the loopback set. I have tried deleting and recreating my
profile.
