There is no such thing as a free lunch.  This is why you set yourself up
with a "spam" gmail, yahoo or msn account. Create the account and don't use
if for anything else but getting stuff like this.

Sorry, didn't mean to mislead you. 
 
The automated build is a scripted build using RIS, ADS or whatever. 
 
But all server setup/tuning is done via group policy when the server is
dropped into the appropriate OU.
