[THIN] Group Policy Issues

Hi,
I am having some issues setting up group policys. I've setup a new OU called
Citrix Servers which contains funnily enough the Citrix Servers and has two
Policys, one for Computer settings and one for user settings. I've enabled
loopback. Neither of these are being applied to domain users which have been
given permissions to. If I move the user from their standard user OU into the
Citrix Servers OU they get applied.
I've also ran Group Policy Results and under Group Policy Objects, it only says
that the Local Group Policy has been applied!!
Any ideas would be appreciated!!
