[THIN] Group Policies - Folder Redirection

Does anybody know how to get the Folder Redirection policy to show up in the
Group Policy Management Console? In Windows 2003 it should be under:
Local Computer Policy
User Configuration
Windows Settings
Folder Redirection
I found a Microsoft article that says to re-register some dll's if you have
the problem but it didn't fix it.
Any help would be appreciated.
