If you look at the picture http://www.theshonkproject.com/downloads/xsmoment.png you'll notice that Shutdown, Restart, Force Shutdown and Force Restart are ALL grayed out. The Send (Ctl Alt Del) does not help. If you try and restart the XenServer host to recover it attempts to shutdown the VM of which it hangs during that process. So because the guest had a bsod the entire host had to be rebooted????? Can u tell me more.. That sounds really strange... I removed the mfaphook.dll from the AppInit_DLLs value like you said and that works so I'll dig into the seamless apps flag next. I did learn that if you remove the entry and reboot the server with an active ICA session it will BSOD the box. I also had a wtf moment with XenServer 4.1 as it doesn't handle BSOD machines gracefully. Had to perform a cold restart of the XenServer host. Seriously, RDP to the console or standard TS RDP? If it's standard TS RDP then the only application-level difference to ICA is a couple of hook DLLs. That ought to be relatively easy to check. Navigate to HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Windows and copy, save and zero the string value appinit_dlls. That gets rid of the hook DLLs and puts ICA more or less on par with RDP, at least from an app environment viewpoint. Now try running Sketchup again. If it works it will need some seamless flag and reg hack tuning. regards, Rick -- Ulrich Mack Quest Software Provision Networks Division On 5/15/08, Joe Shonk < <mailto:joe.shonk@xxxxxxxxx> joe.shonk@xxxxxxxxx> wrote: Does anyone have Google SketchUp running with Presentation Server?
