I've had similar where the "pilot" server was more critical to the environm=
ent than the prod servers.  Of course our hapless engineer thought the box =
wasn't so important as it had pilot in the name...  (I'll leave you to fill=
 in the blanks)

Heard this today when I asked why a dev server (with DEV in the name)
was suddenly considered production by the end users and the application
owner. Then suddenly had 35 users on it after 1 DAY of "testing", no
image, and no load balancing.
