Each environment has its own little quirks. BUT follow Brian's book. I
don't have it in front of me to re-read it but I would trust it.

Subject: [THIN] Ghosting Metframe XP from an Existing Server

I need to ghost a Metaframe XP server from another server in the farm.
The servers are all identical hardware and software. We are trying to
resolve a spooler problem from a known good server. The way we would
normally ghost a server is from a gold image, but changes in personel
has thrown doubt on how reliable those images are. I have both the
recommendations from Citrix, in their imaging Metaframe XP servers, and
Brian's Book. The Citrix way is more involved than the way listed in
the book. Can anyone shed some light on the best way to apply an image
from an existing server,to another server that is already a member of
the farm.
