I see a big difference speed-wise between the two.... I hardcode 100 Full
on other NIC drivers and get 200mb/minute sending; 100/Half gets me
20mb/minute sending. If anyone has the same problem and can help me out,
thanks!

Why aren't you using it in Gig mode?

Duplex shouldn't make a huge difference anyway, since Ghosting is
typically a "one-way" operation .. . you are either SENDING a huge image
TO somewhere else, or RECEIVING a huge image FROM somewhere else. There
shouldn't be a whole lot of two-way traffic during a Ghost procedure.
