Also, Sysprep isn't going to add drivers that don't come with Windows
(unless you go through Sysprep's *painful* process of pre-loading mass
storage drivers). If you are Ghosting to a machine that requires a
driver that isn't included Win2K, you'd be better off installing the
driver before you Ghost.

Correct as well.  But, for a newbie that hasn't done this before,
installing the driver first is a lot easier than trying to configure
SYSPREP.  Although, using SYSPREP is a better way of doing this, I have
run into problems with some IBM servers of lately.
