We experienced the same problem on Citrix 1.0 FR3 servers with the
Citrix PNagent 8.0 client installed. What we had to do to repair the
issue was the following:
On your MF XP FR3 server that has the 8.0 client installed and activated
for SSON, copy(not move) the file, ctxrpc.dll to the Citrix, \Program
files\Citrix\System32 directory. This file resides in the
\winnt\system32 directory by default, and should remain there, but to
workaround the client issue it can be copied to the Citrix directory and
will not have any affect on other functionality.

What about going to Add / Remove programs, clicking Change for MetaFrame
Presentation Server, and choosing the option
for single sign on when prompted?

Jeremy -
does the pass through authentication work on the Citrix server when
using the full program neighborhood client?
I am wondering if it was installed with the "use local name and
password" option checked. I think that what affects the full PN also
affects the agent. It might be worth reinstalling for kicks.
I havea kix script that can force it if you want to give it a try.
