They are active/passive pairs.  They can run in different Datacenters
provided they are well connected and service the same networks.

Can we have 2 VPX Netscalers, at 2 separate datacenters, in two different
DMZ ranges running in a HA pair?
It seems that the HA is for local redundancy and typically GSLB is used for
site / datacenter redundancy?
Can anyone confirm?
