FWIW theres a good document on Citrix's web site for optimising the ica
connection over a GPRS connection if you didn't know already

Is anyone out there using an mobile devices across GRPS connecting to
citrix?

What is the performance like?  I hear GPRS latency is like 1600ms plus.
