If so go to Administrative Templates > Windows Components > Internet Explorer > Browser Menus and check File Menu: Disable closing the browser and explorer windows. Might I also suggest a test GPO which you can test all changes first or create a new GPO and then if problems you can quickly revert. I hope this helps.
