you want audio on but the "Default Sound Scheme" set to no sounds. you
can whack he registry to get there. it's control and then .default
something or other.
I forget the exact key but use regshot while you change it and you'll
see where it sn.

We want general audio, just not the standard Logon, Recycle,
Exclamation, etc windows audio to play..
