Jim - I think you are correct... It will NOT be disclosed  :-(

 

Bill - You are correct too, unless one of us goes and creates a stellar
solution like SoftGrid! :-)   

 

I wish I knew.   SFT had 63Mil in VC dollars, so I think Microsoft paid
200 plus million for it... maybe 400?  I don't know.. no clue.. I would
LOVE to know though...

        This is NOT the end of Softricity technology or products but the
end of a company called Softricity.  If everything is approved then
Softricity becomes part of Microsoft.    

         

        No it is not, "to get it out of the way"    Microsoft is taking
the entire company.  Not just tabling it.  This is actually a really
good thing for everyone...
