[THIN] Fresh XP install

Our current 1.8 Farm has 2 windows 2000 server running Citrix 1.8 and the
only app is the desktop.
I just purchased 3 Dell Blade servers and Citrix XP SP3/FP3
I think I'll join the new XP to the 1.8 farm so its an easier migration for
the users. Once all 3 XP servers are up and running, the 1.8 servers will be
taken offline.
I will be running windows 2000 server on the Dell Blades.
Are there any guides to how I should install windows and Citrix?
Tips?Tweaks?etc?
I will be running NFUSE but on another webserver.
