Of course all the Sysinternals stuff (pstools, regmon, filemon, procexp,
ntfsdos and more). I also like to use:
blat (sends e-mails from the command line, great for all kinds of scripts)
regperm (handles Registry permissions)
inimod/iniread (modifies INI files)
Worth mentioning is also Rob van der Woude's very useful website on batch
programming (http://www.robvanderwoude.com/batchfiles.html)
