[THIN] Folder Redirection / Tricerat RegSet

Hello Everyone,
I have an issue where I am load-balancing 9 MFXPe servers and using local
profiles. Everthing is fine except for Outlook. What happens is that users
get extremely irritated when having to recreate their profile everytime they
connect to a new server. Can I centrally store their Outlook profiles or
redirect their Local Settings and Application Data folders as I would their
My Documents? I have been playing around with Tricerat's RegSet but after
redirecting their LS and AD folders they return back to their defaults after
logoff and logon. I am getting a lot of pressure on this and any help would
be greatly appreciated. Full roaming profiles are out of the question.
