[THIN] Fix: You have started Windows Explorer in your ICA Seamless session

1 user launches a published application but is instead given a published
desktop.  All other users are able to launch same published app with no
problems.  Citrix PS4 on Windows 2003 Server.

 

Error appears on full desktop after user logs in:  

 

ICA Seamless Host Agent

You have started Windows Explorer in your ICA Seamless session.  

This will obscure your local Explorer desktop.


To re-enable this ICA Seamless connection, please logoff and restart the
seamless remote application.

 

 

The fix was

*       go into the user's account in Active Directory (AD)
*       go to the ENVIRONMENT tab
*       UNCHECK "Start the following program at logon"

 

Hope this helps someone...bizarre problem likely caused by an errant
mouse click.
