Please elaborate. The C$ on client is the V: drive on the server, for each user session. So how do I tell the PDF to go to a location not local to the server? _____ From: thin-bounce@xxxxxxxxxxxxx [mailto:thin-bounce@xxxxxxxxxxxxx] On Behalf Of Mark Cook Sent: Thursday, January 06, 2005 9:52 AM To: 'thin@xxxxxxxxxxxxx' Subject: [THIN] Re: Filemaker to PDF But the C$ mapping is local to their session, not the print spooler process ! Remember, the spooler is in it's own environment so how would it know what \\client\c$ <file:///\\client\c$> was pointing at !?!? Does that make sense, if not I'll reword it !!! Acrobat 6.0 Pro installed on Citrix servers. Seems that if I try to send the PDF to a local server drive, works fine. If I try to send it to their C$ on client, or any mapped network drive, just hangs at printing....sits in the queue, and can not be cleared without bouncing the spooler. Never creates the PDF.
