A customer of ours runs on 2 redundant Network Appliance filer and uses
DFS
for it's mappings. A bunch of scripts redirects the DFS shares from 1 to
the other
NetApp Filer when an emergency occures.

Works like a charm for userdata, exchange and SQL.

Bye,

Dennis

Subject: [THIN] File & Print Server Outages

Hi,

After having a problem with one of our two File & Print server today =3D
that brought down half of our Citrix users because they had no home
drive, I wondered if anyone could share their thoughts on how they have
their =3D systems setup to avoid outages like this.

Thanks

Richard
