SYMPTOMS
You experience very slow performance by some programs after you
upgrade to Microsoft Windows Server 2003.
CAUSE
This problem may occur with version 6.5.3014.0 of the Mfc42u.dll file
that is included with Windows Server 2003. This problem can affect
custom programs that call the HashKey function in the Mfc42u.dll file.
The function may be exported incorrectly as MULTIBYTE instead of as
UNICODE.
