When I was a consultant with my former employer we purchased through
Ingram without any hassles. AltTech is fine, but *slow* to get you
prices and quotes.

We have a great account rep and receive good service from CDW for the
past 7 years however they are not qualified to sell Citrix to
distributors (we have to buy retail boxed product), so our cost are
significantly higher. Mike Moy (our Citrix regional rep) referred us to
Techdata, Ingram Micro, and Alternative Technologies. Alttech seemed to
be the answer since they specialized in Thin.
It just worried me as my first dealing with them they could not honor a
package deal listed on there site.
FYI: it was a Sonicwall TZW 4 wireless SonicWALL pccards and an instant
rebate. I just happened to be installing these TZW's at a client.

I think Citrix could give you a better answer than any of us could.
That said, I have always heard good things about Alt Tech
There's always CDW. They have treated me right for almost 5 years now.
