Sounds like you've got unwanted Naggling--we had that issue with a Oracle
8.1.6 server. I would also think it might adversely effect chatty
applications like TS and Citrix which are forced to send single/double digit
bytes.. but have to wait 2 seconds for the ACK.

Our Network Provider has been finding very long ACK times in network sniffs
of our remote branches. I am trying to determine if this is normal for
terminal services, either Microsoft or Citrix based or if something is set
up wrong on our side. If anyone can shed some light on this it would be
greatly appreciated.
