Subject: [THIN] FR3 License Question

Hopefully a really easy/dumb question....

XPe :- If I get only a FR3 license but want to run the server in FR2/FR1
mode for testing applications.. is the FR3 license backward compatible or do
I need a FR2/1 license to run in these modes..

Yes/No - Delete as applicable.
