[THIN] FR3 Installation Packager

I need some help.
We are running Installation Packager V2.0. When we package, we create a
package, record it, then build it. When we try to connect to the CMC with
the packager, we get Failed to Connect when trying to connect the ADF files
to the CMC. (basically the *.wfs files are created but failing when
connecting to the CMC installation packager).
Does anyone have any ideas of how I can get this to work again?
