[THIN] FR3 / FR2 mixed environment

Hello
We currently have 6 XP FR2/SP2 Win2k SP3 servers in a single farm, two zones.
Does anyone know the upgrade path to XP FR3/SP3? Is it ok to install 2 new XP
FR3/SP3 servers without adversely affecting the other servers in the farm?
