Just before I got this suggestion, I tried uninstalling the security rollup package and reinstall FR2. This time, it seems to go in but now, I my system is completely not working. When booting up, I got an error indicating that there is a problem with advapi32.dll. Systemfunction040 and 041 are not found (I think), anyway, when I check the terminal service, it is not running and will not start. I think somehow, advapi32 is either the wrong version or is corrupted. My question is, is there anyway I can just copy over the advapi32 from service pak 4 to windows\system32 folder? When I try that, it tells me that advapi32 is in use. Do you have IIS Lockdown installed? I have seen this when IIS Lockdown was installed. Backup your metabase, and remove iislockdonw, restore your metabase.
