[THIN] FR2 Gone?

I upgraded a farm to FR2 over the weekend. Everything went smooth, then
today I connected to it, and noticed none of the FR2 options were
available. I checked Licensing and FR2 is activated but no licenses are
assigned. There are no errors in event log etc.
Has anyone run into this? I'm thinking of re-applying FR2 to the
servers, but am a little leary of doing so.
