[THIN] Exporting Printer Management

Is anyone aware of a method to export and import details from the Printer
Management in the CMC, ie Which users have access to which printers.
We are planning a domain migration and I would like to export the details to
a text file or something, so I can change the domain name and import it when
we are moved over. Or will it automatically pick up the change?
