I believe you would need to use a shared contact list that has =
restrictions on it, so the mail boy can not see it.  I have not delved =
that deeply yet.

Yes.
Open Active directory on the Exchange server.  Click on the user (CEO
in =3D your example).  Click on the Exchange General  tab.  Click on
the =3D Message Restrictions button.  Down in the Message Restrictions
section, =3D under Accept Message, click on the dot in front of From
Everyone Except. =3D  Enter the e-mail address of (in your example Mail

can you restrict a user on the exchange server from sending an email to =
