[THIN] Event ID 1015

We recently upgraded our second Metaframe 1.8 server to XPe and I am now
seeing Event ID 1015 - Local Host Cache. We did not have this on our first
XPe server and I am only seeing it after upgrading the second server. I also
noticed that the server really slows down considerably..
I have rebuilt the local host cache but I keep experiencing this problem.
Has anyone experienced this?
