Sounds like the typical browser war that happens when a "potential" master
browser thinks that the master browser has gone offiline. This should not
have anything to do with Citrix. Itis an MS issue. I get these on some of
my networks that don't have Citrix. An option to look at is hardcoding the
workstations to not be a browse master. Maybe even do it to some of the
servers.

Search technet for master browser issues.

I am getting the following error in the eventvwr of a citrix server that
keeps rebooting itself. Anyone know what this is? The only thing I could
find had to do with win 2000 server and this is a win nt tse server.

Event ID 8003

The master browser has received a server announcement from the

computer VDIBDC01 that believes that it is the master browser for

the domain on transport NetBT_iANSMiniport3. The master browser

is stopping or an election is being forced.
