[THIN] Error 26013 during setup of FR3 on Windows 2003

Hello,
"Error 26013" during setup of MFXPFR3 on W2K3 server.
Fresh installation of Windows 2003 Server with TS
enabled in application mode (in an AD W2K3 domain).
Installation of MFXPe FR3
- failure to install the data store on SQL 2000 (on
W2K Server)
- error message : "Installer Information" : Error
26013 Function InitializeTree returned failure in
CTX_MF_IMA_InitializeTRee the database username or
password may be wrong.
- username and password are ok
- seen with SQL account and NT account
- SQL user is granted db_owner on the D.S.
- even granting full admin on the SQL server and the
DB does not help.
- installation with MSDE is successfull.
I've browsed through Citrix forum and this one also in
search for clues but found nothing very relevant.
Looks like it's not uncommon and may refer to
different causes (seen with different Data Store
types, even with FR2).
My idea : is this not specifically seen with MF XP on
top of Windows 2003 server and not on top of Windows
2000 ? Permission problem ?
