[THIN] Entry Point Not Found

Does anyone know what the error message below means or how to fix it? A
user is getting this message when trying to upgrade their ICA web client to
6.31.1051 as prompted by Nfuse 1.6.
wfica.exe - Entry Point Not Found
The procedure entry point SSLSetProtocolVersion could not be located in the
dynamic link library sslasock.dll
