[THIN] End user disconnecting

We use Citrix here on our local LAN for most of our users. I have one
user that if he leaves his laptop for a period of time he gets
disconnected. This has just started up recently for him. I have a
feeling he has screwed up some setting on his laptop but I can't figure
out where. I have disabled all his power management stuff. I double
checked his personal settings in AD and there is no time out set for
him.
Any ideas on where else I should look for this?
Our environment is W2K/M1.8
