[THIN] Enable OST button in Outlook 2000 with Windows 2000 Term Serv

Guys,
Currently it appears that OST files are not supported in Windows 2000, (the
offline folder button does not appear), has anyone found a workaround to get
this working. I know of some reg hacks that I have tried, but have not
worked.
has anyone else got some ideas on how to enable OST support in Outlook 2000.
