[THIN] Easy way to copy printers?

Any one know the easiest way to copy printer and port settings from one
server to another? We have a badly written app on a few Citrix boxes that
cannot use client printing. So, we have to create several dozen local
printers on each server that print to IP ports. The last server refresh,
someone had to sit and manually recreate each printer on each server.
Is there an easier way? Reg entries to copy?
