  ESX 2.5.2 Upgrade Patch 4 is now available at

  : 
  
  This patch provides: 
  * Updated Intel e1000 driver for support of additional Intel PRO/1000 based 
Gigabit Ethernet cards. 
  * Updated version of VMware Tools, which includes drivers for Red Hat 
Enterprise Linux 4.0 Update 2. 
  * Fixes a problem that caused ESX Server systems with beacon monitoring 
turned on to crash when a cable was disconnected from an Ethernet NIC or a 
switch port was disabled. 
  * Removes an ASSERT statement (bugNr=38289) that can cause ESX Server systems 
to crash. 
  
  This patch is a no-cost update for ESX Server Support and Subscription (SnS) 
contract holders.
  Upgrade Rules
  -------------
  The ESX Server 2.5.2 Patch 3 can be applied according to the following 
guidelines:
  o Can be applied to 2.5.0, 2.5.1, and 2.5.2 systems 
  o Will upgrade ESX Server to 2.5.2 and patch the system
