Well, you need to go further than the ICA client to resolve dropped packets.
Depending on the link type (Ethernet, Serial, Dialup), there could be
different causes for dropped packets.

From the server side, check to make sure you have forced 100MB/Full Duplex
on the NIC and the switch port (do not do auto negotiation). Make sure that
cable is a good cable. If need be, use a cable tester to check the wiring.

On the WAN side, make sure that there is no congestion. Check for any high
volumes of BECKN's or FECN's (this would indicate that the receiving or
sending has congestions, either related to a small pipe or the router is
being over utilized). Also, check for any errors on the line. You might
need to get the telco/ISP involved to resolve this.

On the Client side. Take almost the same approach as you would with
servers.

Subject: [THIN] Dropped packets

I have a link that from time to time, drops a packet here an there, still
not sure why, but hey, a dropped packet happens everywhere from time to
time, right?

Anywho....that site runs Citrix, and due to the dropped packets, the users
Citrix sessions are being dropped/disconnected. Users are typically able to
click the connect now button and go back in, but from time to time, have to
enter network credentials again.

My question, is there a way to make the client less susceptible to theses
packet losses? The client is 6.30.1050, web client.
