[THIN] Drifting child windows

Some apps., the child window, within a parent window, when using seamless
apps., will drift to the lower right of the parent window, for apparently no
reason.
I have fought this for a long time, even had Citrix involved, they could not
explain the behavior.
I know it MUST be a Seamless flag that needs to be set, but that is like
finding a needle in a haystack.
Anyone seen this before?
I have noticed that it happens on 7, 8 and 9 clients. However, it does not
happen on my wyse 1125 thin client, with their version of the Citrix client
(firmware is 5.0.11f).
