You're right, this is real weird . .=20

When was the last time the troublesome citrix servers were rebooted?=20

Try setting up another share somewhere, give 'everyone' full share /
full ntfs rights to the files therein. Log onto the problem server as a
user and attempt to access /run the files.=20

Try changing the .cmd to .bat.=20

Have you set any auditing on the problem citrix servers? Load user
manager on the server, go to 'computer' - 'select domain', and type in
the name of the server you are on. From here you can set a local machine
audit policy for logon /logoff events, and permissions issues.=20

You can also look at utilities like 'filemon' and 'regmon' to see if
there's a hidden permission in the registry of system files on the TS
servers which is stopping users from browsing to and executing a batch
file.=20
