[THIN] Digital dictation machines and Citrix

Can anyone recommend a brand of digital dictation machines that can be made
to work with Citrix? I've got a Philips DPM here and am close to making it
workable but not quite there. The SD memory cards are readable on an XPe
terminal and can be made available to the Metaframe XP session. The Philips
player software refuses to work on Citrix but (now that I've installed a
soundcard in the MF server) I've tracked down a free player called Express
Scribe that does work. However, it doesn't seem able to play the Philips
.dss files. It supports secretarial-style footswitches (and detects the
Philips one when it's connected to an XPe terminal) but doesn't so far seem
to pay any attention when it's playing a file.
My head is starting to hurt from all the obstacles I keep running into, so
can anyone recommend a brand of dictation machine that just works?
