Are these users on thin clients?

Windows CE and Windows Mobile devices will not correctly reflect the new
transition from daylight saving time in Australia for the 2006
Commonwealth Games

Subject: [THIN] Different timezones and Outlook

I have a Metaframe XP with FR3 farm running on Windows 2000 SP3.

We have users in two different states. One with daylight saving
time and one without daylight saving.

If a user from the daylight saving state logs on to a Citrix
desktop session the windows desktop displays the correct time. However
if they open Outlook and view the calendar the times are incorrect (ie.
They are the non daylight saving time). It only seems to be affecting
Outlook.

I haven't been able to google any answers so I'm hoping someone
here may have seen this before.

        James.
