Ok I changed it to 1 and it didn't help. Should I have the server reboot before testing? Also while the ErrorMode key was set to zero, there is a key for "ShellErrorMode" that is set to 1. Should it perhaps be zero? I have been completely unable to replicate the problem at our office.
