[THIN] Desktops

Alright, this is kind of off the wall but most of my questions usually are.
Metaframe PS 4 and W2K3 server environment.
I want a user to have a desktop but with only access to one application and
the printers under control panel. I don't want them (for numerous reasons)
to have to go between sessions to change or add a printer. What is the best
way to accomplish this and restrict the desktop yet allow access to two
items?
