Quick question about how icons are published in XP. =20

Let's say I publish an application that is on a development server and I =
map to the .exe on that server to get the icon or to an .ico file that I =
put out on that development server. Now I push that app (and copy =
across the .ico file if applicable) to my production servers and publish =
it to my users. Where does their icon get "hosted" from? Is that load =
balanced across the farm or does the development server continue to =
provide the hosting function?=20
